Maintain no more than one month supply at a time. However depending on the size of fridge, inventory may need to be reduced to a 1 to 2 week supply to prevent overcrowding.
For first doses: primary care providers should verify the eligibility of their patients for high-risk vaccines.
For subsequent doses: an immunization record will be required for entry into the provincial database before the next dose(s) can be released. Please complete the High Risk and School Publicly Funded Immunization Program Reporting Form and fax to 613-549-0985.

As per the Vaccine Storage and Handling guidelines vaccine transport is only permitted in a hard-shell cooler, cooled to between 2 to 8 degrees and monitored with a digital maximum and minimum thermometer capable of measuring in 0.1 degree increments.
