RSV Vaccine and Immunization orders

Long-term care and retirement home vaccine orders


Order and pick-up instructions

Napanee based orders

  • Napanee orders need to be submitted by noon on Wednesday to be ready for pick-up at the Napanee office the following week. 
  • Napanee office pick-up available Monday 1:00 to 4:30 pm and Tuesday to Friday 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00pm to 4:30pm.

Kingston based orders

  • Orders will be ready three business days after the order is placed. Kingston office pick up available Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

You may place your order now. All orders will be processeed as soon as product is available.

Please note that in some cases, processing may take longer than 3 business days due to the approval process, ministry- designated ordering timelines or potential shipping delays. If your order is urgent, please call us directly at 613-549-1232 after submitting your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Infant RSV - Beyfortus

Eligibility

  • Infants born April 1 or after and less than 8 months of age at the time of immunization, and
  • Children up to 24 months of age who remain vulnerable to severe RSV disease following a discussion their pediatric specialist, including children with:
    • Chronic lung disease (CLD), including bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD)
    • Hemodynamically significant cyanotic or acyanotic congenital heart disease (CHD) 
    • Severe immunodeficiency
    • Down Syndrome or Trisomy 21
    • Cystic fibrosis with recurrent pulmonary exacerbations requiring hospitalization, deteriorating pulmonary function and/or severe growth delay 
    • Neuromuscular disease impairing clearing of respiratory secretions
    • Severe congenital airway anomalies impairing the clearing of respiratory secretions

Please report all Beyfortus immunizations to Southeast Public Health.

RSV -Infant Beyfortus (50mg- children weighing less than 5kg)

Eligibility

Pregnant persons between 32 and 36 weeks gestation who will deliver during the RSV season, who do not wish for their baby to receive the Beyfortus immunization.

Delivery

As per the Vaccine Storage and Handling guidelines vaccine transport is only permitted in a hard-shell cooler, cooled to between 2 to 8 degrees and monitored with a digital maximum and minimum thermometer capable of measuring in 0.1 degree increments.
